Bethany View Estates Board Meeting Annoucement

There will be a board meeting Friday 9/21 at 7pm at 14756 NW Jewell Ln. Owners are welcome there will be an opportunity for an open form after the agenda is complete.

* Preparation for hearing daycare proposal
* Tract ‘B’ survey and insurance next to Bing’s house
* Determine/select which board members should go up for re-election for a 3 year term (2 needed)
* Set date for general membership meeting in December and location
* Review budget spent and projected for remaining fiscal year
* Any update on the Lillium house fire
* Any other open business/General Forum for Owners

Bethany View Estates Owners’ Association Meeting – December 17, 2017

Meeting was called to order at 7pm at the TVFR station 68 community room, there were approximately 30 owners in attendance. 1 owner submitted a written, signed proxy which was entered. Owners present and voting by proxy were noted in the attach role.
