The Architectural Control Committee, or ACC, is a committee of volunteer homeowners appointed by the Board. Their mission is preserving the attractive appearance of our neighborhood. To this end, the committee reviews applications for all exterior changes to homes or yards within Bethany View Estates. It also enforces any required maintenance and upkeep as noted in our governing documents.
