The BVE Annual Owners’ Meeting will take place in person on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:00p.m. Please join us at 4888 NW Bethany Blvd Suite K-2, Portland, Oregon for the meeting.

Yearly HOA fees are now due, submit $150 dues postmarked by June 30, 2025 to save $50. Dues postmarked after this date are $200 plus late fees ($20)
